great service, good food

Posted by Taco_14 on 4/1/2009

i love eating at this place for the service and the attention they give you the food during the morning time is made for fast food lines kind like panda express but after 2 pm the star serving out of a menu and turns into a real good place to eat i will eat there again

Bad service, rude management, mediocre food, SLOW delivery

Posted by JDaniels77 on 9/18/2008

We ordered delivery from them, and they overcharged us and told us they were TOO BUSY to talk to us about overcharging us. Also, they said 45 min - 1 hr for delivery, and it was 2 hours. Food isn't even very good. There is also a delivery fee which isn't mentioned on their website (or menu), and they don't tell you about it on the phone. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Low quality

The food here just isn't that good. The items with meat have lots of fat, very little meat and the taste is well, not that great. I would say this is a half as good as Panda Express, and that is being generous. At least at Panda Express the items are cooked from fresh produce, etc. Here, it tastes frozen, smooshy, bland. To make up for the low quality ingredients, these guys add more spices. Save your time, visit another place in town and stay away from this crime stricken section of town.

Fast Chinese Food

I think of Chop Stix the same way I do of Panda Express. The food is out, pre-made, and waiting for your choosing. Choices include 2 and 3 item combos with rice or chow mein as the base. Then there are your typical dishes like orange chicken, beef with broccoli, sweet and sour pork, and probably five others. If you have the time, a sit down menu driven Chinese restaurant would beat this restaurant easily, but if you want a quick lunch-time Chinese fix and enjoy variety you will probably be satisfied. It is a little pricier than your typical fast food restaurant, however.

so so

this is a good place to eat if you want a quick bite to eat and in the mood fo chinese food, but the food is not as good as i thought before. they have soggy noodles and hard rough and tough tofu. I would not eat at this place again because there are other better places to get quality and delicious chinese food.
