there's better out there

they offer everything til their machine is in, then forget it. no follow-thru on requests for product change, for change in pricing, for questions in general. requests for repair or trouble-shooting are met with responses ranging from being ignored to blaming us for their machine's dysfunction. by the way, what happened to the commission that was supposed to accompany the higher price?? we've given it over a year, now we're switching to another company that promises better service.
